Annie Chou is a futurist, theoretician, public speaker, and strategist specializing in experience science, cultural foresight, and brand engagement. She co-founded Arc & Co. Design Collective, a 14-year award-winning Toronto practice, and in 2024 establish Agency of Research and Creation, a research-led consultancy. Drawing on metaphysics, ontological questions, cognitive psychology, and experiential design, she develops frameworks and methodologies that translate emerging cultural and technological signals into actionable strategies, helping organizations design experience systems and engage audiences in ways that resonate with evolving patterns of perception, behavior, and meaning-making.
